Disclaimer

This disclaimer explains what PinFetch is, and what it is not. Please read it before you use our Pinterest video downloader.

Not Affiliated with Pinterest

PinFetch is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Pinterest, Inc. or any of its partners. "Pinterest" and the Pinterest logo are trademarks of Pinterest, Inc. We use the name only to describe the platform our tool works with.

We Do Not Host or Own Content

PinFetch does not upload, host, or store the videos, images, or GIFs you download. The files stay on Pinterest's servers. Also, we do not claim ownership of any pin. Every pin belongs to its creator or rights holder.

Copyright and Your Responsibility

Downloading a file does not give you the right to reuse it. You are fully responsible for how you use downloaded content. Therefore:

• Use downloads for personal, private viewing, such as offline reference or inspiration.
• Ask the owner for permission before you republish, sell, or use content in ads, products, or monetized videos.
• Give credit where the owner asks for it.
• Follow Pinterest's terms and the copyright laws that apply to you.

If you are a copyright owner with a concern, please read our DMCA Policy.

Public Content Only

Our tool works only with public pins. It cannot access private pins, secret boards, or login-only content. Also, we do not try to bypass Pinterest's privacy or security settings.

No Guarantee of Quality or Availability

We do our best to keep the tool working. However, we cannot promise that every pin will download or that the file will have a certain quality. For example, the video resolution depends on the original upload, and a 4K file is available only when the source has one. Also, Pinterest may change its platform, which can affect our service at any time.

No Professional Advice

Information on PinFetch, including our guides and FAQs, is general and for information only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Therefore, please get proper advice for your own situation.

External Links

PinFetch may link to other websites. We do not control or endorse them. Also, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

PinFetch is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that comes from using the website or from using content you downloaded. For more detail, please read our Terms of Service.
